As you can see, the world's economy is a mess. I was born in an era where the economy was always rising, due to Clinton and the internet boom. But in recent years, I hear people fearing about losing their jobs, house, and family. This hasn't hit me yet, but I always have a constant reminder everyday, either on TV or on the net. Or maybe the guy sitting next to me at work.

Will Obama get this country out of the gutter, and make us raise again as the power house we used to been in the past? I'm hoping he would, but I highly doubt that. He's giving people tax refund, but where is this money coming from? And where is the government getting this money from? We're in a hell of a debt as a country, with the trillions and trillions of dollars spent on bailing out companies who let their execs and personels fly private jets for a cup of coffee on the other coast. I'm sorry, but that's just f**ked up. Seeing all these companies' CEO and board members taking advantage of the bail out, only to benefit themselves with high end services that are not needed in a time where the average family is having trouble putting lobsters and kobe beef on the table. Ohh wait, they can't even put a low cost meal on the table for their family.

Just think of all the meals that could buy one family, if the money spent on 'One' jet trip was spent on Americans in need?

Hopefully Obama will set these crooks straight. If not, off with their heads.

Which is better, paper or plastic?

This might be a tricky question for some. Use paper bags, help to kill trees. Use plastic bags, help to increase the amount of petroleum used. Both have their disadvantages.

Only solution, secretly place the items you want to buy, in your pockets. No need to use paper or plastic, and you're helping to save the Earth at the same time. But you might also be helping to increase the lack of productivity of our judicial system. Just think of all the hours you're wasting for the judges, police officers, security at the entrance, the court typist, secretaries of the judges and what nots, and of course, the hot-dog vendors outside of the courthouse.

Without your help, who will provide these hard working people with a steady income?
Help your local government and the Earth, bring your own bags or wear some clothes with bigger pockets.

I learned that from watching hours and hours of TV. Education for the new age, lol.

For all those downloaders, me included , are we responsible for this somewhat called "recession"?
Do you see any movie companies laying off their employees because people are downloading their products from bittorrents and newsgroup?
They're still f**king rich, acquiring more wealth from other downloaders through itunes and such.

I support movie companies for good movies I've seen already, by buying their overpriced DVDs and Blu-ray discs. Just think of it, the cost of producing a dvd and bluray today. It probably cost them like 50cent per disc to stamp a dics..and ship it out to retailers, where they sell each one at around 1000-10k price markup (just a estimation based on my stupid downloading brain).

And why are we supporting the likes of A&F and Gucci and shitz.....
Paying hundreds just for a designer jean is a wasteful thing to do. Donate your "riches" to something worth giving. While little kids in Africa are starving to death, you're wearing designers' clothes just to make you happy on the outside. But are you really happy in the inside?? Just ask yourself that.
